Our 2002 car, the DUT02, continued the design strategy started by the DUT01 and took it to the next level. By using more composite materials and paying extra attention to details the team managed to make the car 15 kg's lighter, whilst gaining an extra 6 horsepower! The DUT02 also has the highest top speed of all our formula student cars, clocking in at 231 km/h.
